Delivery is available only to supported areas shown during checkout. Any delivery fee, minimum order, and available ordering time are shown before you confirm the order.

Times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, demand, building access, and order size can cause delays. We will use the mobile number on the order if we need help reaching you.

Please provide a complete, accurate address and remain reachable. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or nobody can receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply to a second attempt.

Pickup orders are collected from the Fresh Dough counter in the Cairo Festival City Mall food court during the opening hours shown on the site.
